Shipping policy

Processing:

Most items ship out with 1-2 business days of ordering. For expedited orders please allow up to 1 business day to process. Also note:

• You will be informed if an item in your order is not available for immediate shipment
• Once an order is placed, we unfortunately can not alter the shipping or billing address. If you notice an error please contact us immediately.  

For all Luxe collection items. Signature is required upon delivery

Shipping:

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on distance, please complete checkout to see shipping cost. While shipping times may vary, you should expect to receive your A Stylish Heart order within 3-5 days after order ships out. 

Please make sure your mailing address is correct at checkout. We are unable to reroute shipments and, if your order returned due to an invalid address, customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to return to customer. 

Additionally, once an order has been successfully delivered to the confirmed shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ask tat you please contact the shipping provider listed in your shipping confirmation email. (If your package was marked as delivered by the shipping provider, but you have not received your package, you must contact the shipping provider for further action. 

• Please note that all items purchased from LUXE Collection will require signature upon delivery.
